PRODUCER / ACCOUNT MANAGER - FULL TIME

PLEASE NOTE: All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a producer and / or account manager at an agency or creative environment.

    • Paid Vacation: 10 Days (Per Calendar Year)

    • Paid Holidays: 8 Days + Weekdays Between Dec 26th - Jan 1st

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

PLAN

  • Define the scope of each project in collaboration with our clients + LOW RES team

  • Create detailed work plan that identifies + sequences what is needed to successfully complete scheduled productions

  • Determine the resources required (time, money, team, and equipment) to complete each project

  • Develop a schedule for each project that effectively allocates the resources to the production

  • Review project schedule with the LOW RES team + clients

  • Creating estimates for clients

STAFF

  • Manage project staff and contractors

IMPLEMENT

  • Ensure the projects are executed according to plan

  • Develop forms and records to document each project

  • Monitor the progress of each project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion

  • Establish a communication schedule to update clients (including appropriate team members at LOW RES) on the progress of each project

  • Ensure all financial records for the project are up to date and archived

  • Collaborate with finance team on final invoice

EVALUATE

  • Evaluate the outcomes of each project as established during the planning phase. Adjust accordingly for following projects.


SENIOR VISUAL CONTENT CREATOR - FULL TIME

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be familiar with visual trends and how competitors showcase their products

  • Ensure visual consistency of images / videos across each brand’s guidelines

  • Have a professional working knowledge for creating images, stop motion videos, and developing current forms of social media visual content

  • Having a professional working knowledge of all studio camera gear + lighting equipment

  • Collaborating with the LOW RES team on concepting for brands

  • Create concept decks for clients

  • Present concept decks to clients

  • Source unique and creative visual reference photos for concept decks

  • Present fresh ideas when pitching concepts and creating mood boards

  • Ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met in a timely manner

  • Display flexibility when deadlines change

  • Collaborate with the assigned production team on shoot days

  • Color correct and manipulate image files specific to brand guidelines

  • Manage LOW RES creative assets

  • Manage and archive client files

  • Assist with set-up and tear-down of each assigned shoot

  • Keep the studio prep and photography storage areas clean and organized

  • Maintain a clean studio / work environment
