EVENT SALES MANAGER - FULL TIME

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • DEVELOP + MANAGE SALES GOALS

  • ANSWER ALL INQUIRIES AND CLIENT CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE SAME DAY

  • SCHEDULE + HOST DAILY VENUE TOURS

  • CREATE + MAINTAIN CLIENT SCHEDULES

  • HOST CLIENT / VENDOR WALK-THRUS

  • DEVELOP + MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL VENDORS AND PARTNERS

  • COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY TO ENSURE ALL LOW RES TEAM MEMBERS ARE INFORMED OF CURRENT EVENTS

  • CREATE P&L STATEMENTS FOR EACH MONTH

  • ATTEND MONTHLY NETWORKING EVENTS

  • CREATE ONE LARGE NETWORKING / INDUSTRY MARKETING EVENT PER YEAR

  • ASSIST WITH SET UP FOR EVENTS WHEN NEEDED

  • KEEP INVENTORY OF ALL STUDIO EQUIPMENT + CLEANING SUPPLIES

  • KEEP ALL STUDIO EQUIPMENT / CLOSETS ORGANIZED
